About
Mediation
Mediation is the process of working with a trained
neutral party, in a private setting where we roll up our sleeves to get
resolution so you can both move on with your lives, while maintaining
the integrity of the family relationship and reducing the emotional and
financial stress.
We are advocates for the family, assisting the couple
with their agreement while making divorce less stressful, faster, and
much more affordable. You are required to attempt mediation before
taking a case to a judge to decide. Mediation is the logical starting
point to see what can be worked out together. Maybe you just need a
neutral party to help you with the finances and mediation. You might
not need an attorney after all, but if you do, you will have gotten
resolution on what you can negotiate without it being adversarial and
with less expense.
Mediation
comes in to play in a variety of situations. We are experts at making
disagreements and divorces less stressful, faster, and much more
affordable.

bottom line of divorce is challenging to get to. Especially when you
are under stress. Help is right here, right now. Give us a call.
Instead
of working with an Attorney...
As
an alternative to a litigated divorce with attorneys, work with your
spouse and Freya Zollinger, Mediator and Certified Divorce Financial
Analyst, to create a fair and equitable marriage settlement agreement.
We will work with you from beginning to end.
If
you are already working with an Attorney...
Are
you wondering if the two of you could handle your divorce with a
neutral party if the attorney’s would get out of the way? Come in and
we can work from where you are at, if you both earnestly want to work
towards an amicable resolution.
